Seeing the need for a professional community where crypto enthusiasts and developers could collaborate and share ideas via a well-managed central website, US Veteran, Steven Thacher, believes his new forum AllCryptoTalk.com is just what the doctor ordered.
After months of frustration witnessing a lack of moderation in the altcoin announcement threads at BCT, Thacher saw a need for a community where developers could maintain contact with currency adopters and investors, without having to constantly battle anonymous users and their hidden agendas.
I watched more than a few coins with potential just get disregarded/fail because of unsubstantiated claims of bad intentions. While I whole heartily believe in freedom of speech I think that if someone is going to make a slanderous claim they should be able to back it up.
The forum which runs on the popular internet community software IP.Board is only two months old and has already attracted hundreds of active new members.
Features of the new site include a marketplace and shoutbox module. In addition, users can create their own private sub-forums as long as they’re related to cryptocurrency.
I registered today for the forum and found it easy to navigate, pleasing to the eye, and full of coin announcements and informative discussion threads. The shoutbox was also a lot of fun to use.
If you’re tired of the drama and lack of activity on BCT, this community offers a welcome change, that promises to break the forum mold of the past and bring a new era to professional cryptocurrency discussion. If you’re not a current member, you can register here.
